Why choose q strings ?
Q Strings is an affordable string ensemble dedicated to bringing beautiful, live music to weddings, functions, and special events. We take the time to understand your vision, working closely with you to ensure your music choices feel just right.
My song isn't apart of your repertoire, can we request it ?
If there’s a particular song you’d love to hear just let us know, we’re happy to arrange it for you. A small additional cost for sourcing and arranging the music may apply, we’ll include it in your personalised quote.
Do travel charges apply ?
As our time is very precious we do ask that a small travel fee is paid if the event is located outside of a 30km radius of Wollongong.
How is the payment arranged ?
We’ll send your invoice via PayPal, where you can easily pay using your credit card or PayPal account, simple and secure.
What time will you start playing ?
We will commence playing at your requested start time, with no setup required on your part. We’ll arrive 20 minutes prior to the start time to ensure everything is set and ready to go.
How does your booking system work ?
To make a booking, simply head to our Book Us Now page, select your event date, and provide the event details. Once submitted, we’ll confirm our availability and follow up with all the information you need to complete your booking and arrange payment.
How can we accommodate you on the day ?
All we ask is that chairs be provided and that we are seated out of the harsh sun.
Are we able to include you in event photos?
Of course! Be sure to send us any snaps that you have taken we would love to have a sneak peek.
